Application for the Aker Scholarships for Norway Students in Singapore – 2021/2022. Entry is now open at the Yale-NUS College in Singapore.
This scholarship scheme will provide a reduction in the tuition fees for the entire duration of any approved study programme. Students belonging to Norway who wishes to undertake a master’s or PhD degree programme are eligible to apply.
Yale-NUS College is a liberal arts college in Singapore is an autonomous college under the National University of Singapore, where programmes are designed for students interested in public health, policy or the environment.
The Scholarships are one of the most prestigious scholarships in the world. The aim of the program is to create a global network of future leaders committed to improving the lives of others.
AKER SCHOLARSHIPS ELIGIBILITY
Scholars are selected on the following criteria:
- The students must belong to Norway.
- All master’s and PhD degree courses and subjects offered by the university are eligible.
- The students must compulsorily submit scores of ACT and SAT to secure admission at Yale-NUS.
- The students are required to submit results of the following English language proficiency tests: TOEFL –100, IELTS – 7.0, and Duolingo – 120.
AKER SCHOLARSHIPS APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- The students must apply for their choice of Master’s programme through the university portal. Students are required to apply online for the opportunity individually.
Application must include:
- Transcripts or academic records
- Two letters of recommendation
- Receipt of application fee.
