BSU 16th Graduation list – March 2021

We are happy to present to you the Bishop Stuart University, BSU 16th Graduation List – March 2021. The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.

Therefore all successful graduands can check their names below or on the university website.

BISHOP STUART UNIVERSITY (BSU) 16TH GRADUATION LIST FOR MARCH 2021

This is to inform all graduands, parents/ guardians, BSU Staff and the general public that the University will be celebrating her 16th Graduation ceremony which will be held virtually/online on Friday 26th March 2021 starting at 8:00am, at Igongo Cultural Centre.

The Ceremony will also be streamed live on Social media. Only invited graduands’ representatives and a few invited guests will be allowed to access the graduation venue. Those invited shall not come with Parents/ Guardians. For the rest of the graduands, the ceremony will be relayed live on NTV Uganda, 91.2 CROOZE FM,  Radio West 100.2 FM, Revival Radio 93.2 FM, Eiraka Radio Online – 89.7, Zoom, and streamed live on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/bsuuganda), Twitter (https://twitter.com/BishopStuartUni) and YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChAZN_9lq8pSmuBqCtEecPQ.).

Examination Results

The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.

List of Graduands.

Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names

Ensure that your names are correctly spelt and are in the right order and spelling as they will appear on the Certificate and Official Transcripts (as per your National ID or Passport). Kindly liaise with your Department for confirmation.

Rehearsal

Graduands who wish to participate in the graduation ceremony MUST avail themselves for the rehearsals on (date is yet to be fixed). Please note that rehearsal is mandatory for participants; you should, therefore, make every effort to attend and MUST wear your academic dress.

Fees and Clearance

• Graduands should pay ALL their respective graduation fees in their respective campus accounts and present a bank deposit slip to the Bursary in
• Graduands who shall have paid ALL their University dues including graduation fees before the deadline shall appear in the graduation booklet and attend the graduation No one will be issued academic documents before full payment of all University dues including graduation fees.

Punctuality & Invitation

The procession led by the Chairman of the University Council shall start at 09:00 AM. Once the congregation is officially constituted, all students and guests physically present may not leave the ceremony until the congregation is dissolved .

Additional Information

• All persons physically present at the ceremony must observe the Health Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and follow all rules and procedures of the organisers.
• Students who completed their studies in the previous years but were unable to graduate for different reasons shall be allowed to graduate upon satisfying the conditions herein stated.
• Gadgets like fire arms, large and heavy  bags, radio  communication,  cameras, pipes, /cylindrical  objects, packed  items (foods and drinks inclusive), and or any other life endangering objects shall not be accepted in/on the graduation grounds.
