- Conduct preliminary interviews of candidates for IT companies in the USA and Canada. There is a resume database.
- How will your work be arranged?
- Most of the communication is correspondence, mail and messengers, calls, less often-meetings in telegrams. All this is automated.
- Organization and conduct of interviews;
- Evaluation and selection of candidates for vacancies;
- Advising the candidate;
- Formation of a package of documents for employment
- Maintaining statistics and reporting on recruitment;
