Description:

Access Bank Plc is a full-service commercial Bank operating through a network of about 366 branches and service outlets located in major centers across Africa and the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer profiling and segmentation based on data and behavior to inform the development of customer engagement plans for Digital solutions that drive incremental transaction volume and revenue.
  • Use available customer transaction data to provide insights for targeted below Line communication campaigns and above-the-line campaigns to drive Digital Products usage.
  • Perform day-to-day Digital Mass marketing activities such as customer calls (directlyindirectly), email campaigns, SMS campaigns, in-App campaigns etc. to drive customer engagement, cross-sell and revenue growth.
  • Collate Digital Business data from multiple systems to monitor performance to ensure achievement of set targets through Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Digital Solutions performance reports.
  • Measure the impact of customer growth and retention initiatives to assess the effectiveness of growth & retention strategies and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Track internal/external partners and vendor SLA performance on Digital solutions and partnerships, and organize for regular service review meetings and action follow-up.
  • Coordination of new Digital solutions implementation project activities such as scheduling and training to enable successful deployment and go to market.
  • Work with other support units i.e. Retail/Commercial/Corporate Business Units, Operations, Risk Management, Product Development, Fincon, Operations and IT to maximize Digital products’ ROI/RO

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent digital products knowledge.
  • Excellent Mass market Customer Sales & Service engagement capabilities.
  • Excellent Digital Marketing skills.
  • Strong Data Analysis skills.
  • Good negotiation /presentation skills.
  • Knowledge & understanding of the Retail market.
  • Good Oral & Written communication.
