After the selection process, successful KCPE candidates will be placed into four categories which includes:

1.  Form One School Selection System for National Schools
2. Form One School Selection System for Extra County Schools
3. Form One School Selection System for County Schools
4. Form One School Selection Transfer Letter

HOW TO CHECK YOUR FORM ONE RESULT THROUGH SMS

To do this, you must have sms enabled phone and you will be charged an SMS fee of Ksh. 25. Then kindly follow this simple step:

• Simply send an SMS with the candidate’s Index Number (Full index number) to 22263 from any network (Airtel, Safaricom, Telkom).

HOW TO CHECK YOUR FORM ONE RESULT ONLINE THROUGH THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES

To do this, you must have an internet enabled phone and an internet browser (opera, internet explorer, chrome, etc.). Then kindly follow this simple step:

1. Form One School Selection System for National Schools

1. Click on this link to access the download page from the Ministry of Education’s Website: Ministry of education download link for form one admission letter.
2. Kindly, select “Click here to access Form One School Selection System for National Schools”
3. Then, Select the county and sub-county where your KCPE centre is located and key in your index number and Submit.
4. Click on the link named “admission letter” at the bottom of the page for a copy of your admission letter.
5. Use the printer icon to print or download icon to download to your computer.
6. Get your primary school’s headteacher to endorse the letter and stamp it in the space provided.
7. Finally, present it for admission together with a certified copy of birth certificate.

2. Form One School Selection System for Extra County Schools

2. Kindly, select “Click here to Access Form One School Selection System for Extra County Schools”
3. Now, Select the county and sub-county where your KCPE centre is found and key in your index number and Submit.
