KUCCPS Transfer 2021/2022…The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) Transfer Application 2021/2022.
The Authority of Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has enabled the inter-university transfer portal for candidates placed by KUCCPS in the 2021/2022 Academic year.
KUCCPS Transfer portal is open for KCSE candidates who have been successfully placed to various universities and colleges but wish to transfer to other universities.

HOW TO APPLY FOR KUCCPS INTER-UNIVERSITY TRANSFER 2021
Follow the steps;
- Visit: http://student.kuccps.net
- Click Transfers Tab on Top (Make Payments & Continue with the steps below)
- Select Programme( Select Programmes code in the inter-university field)
Note: You will be allowed to move to the next stage if you meet the minimum requirements & cutoff.
- Reasons for Transfer
Select reasons for Transfer; Is it Financial Reasons, Disabilities, etc. After selecting your reason, attach the document to support your reason & fill the reason for the transfer form.
- Transfer Payment
Follow the payment procedure that will appear after completing the reason for the transfer. Pay via Lipa Na Mpesa Paybill and enter the Mpesa Confirmation Code.
The system will validate your payment and the next step will load automatically.
- Endorsement Or Rejection by Receiving Institution.
The institution which you applied to transfer to (receiving institution) will receive your transfer and endorse or reject.
- Endorsement By Releasing Institution
Once your transfer has been approved by the receiving institution, the releasing institution will then endorse your transfer.
- Review By KUCCPS
After being endorsed by both the receiving and the releasing institution, KUCCPS will be notified that the applicant has been accepted to join the institution that he applied to transfer to and he has been released from the institution that he was initially placed.
- Transfer Letter
Once your application has been reviewed by KUCCPS and approved then issues Transfer letter.
