We are happy to present to you the Presbyterian University College, PUCG 15th Congregation: List of Graduating Students -2020. The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.

Kisii University, KSU 6th Graduation List: 2018

The first-ever Presbyterian University College, PUCG blended (virtual and in-person) graduation ceremony will be held for all final year students who have successfully completed their academic programmes of study during the 2020/2021 academic year. This arrangement for the 14th Congregation Ceremony has become necessary in order to comply with the health safety protocols.

Therefore all successful graduands can check their names below or on the university website.

PUCG 15TH GRADUATION LIST FOR 2021 CONGREGATION

The 15th Congregation for all Students who have successfully completed their Undergraduate Programme of Study at the Presbyterian University College, Ghana has been scheduled as follows:

  • Date:  Saturday 27th November, 2021 
  • Time: 10:00am
  • Venue: Ramseyer Training Centre (RTC) Auditorium, Abetifi

Students, who have completed their programme of study for 2020/2021 Academic Year and wish to be presented during the 15th Congregation should from the date of this publication CLICK HERE to confirm the underlisted information:

  • Contact Address/Telephone Numbers/Email address and indicate whether Attending or Not
  1. Only those who forward their names and particulars to the Registrar on or before the close of work on Friday, 19th November, 2021, will be presented. No registration will be accepted after this date.
  2. Graduands are required to attend a rehearsal on Friday, 26th November, 2021 at 4:00pm at the RTC Auditorium Okwahu Campus, Abetifi – Kwahu.
  3. Those to be presented are expected to be seated at the Congregation grounds by 9:00am in their academic gowns over a formal dress.
  4. Each graduand is expected to pay an amount of GHC600.00 directly into the following Campus Accounts of the University:

(Graduands are expected to forward the pay-in-slip to their respective Campuses’ Finance office on or before 24th November, 2021).

  1.  Certificates will be issued to Graduates after the programme on Saturday.
  2. ONLY Graduands are to attend this 15th Congregation Ceremony. Family relations of Graduands and well-wishers are implored NOT TO ATTEND as the University strictly observes the standard health protocols. Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

Examination Results

The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.

Distribution of Certificates

Certificates will be available for collection after the session. Graduands will be expected to show their ID cards and Clearance Chits for inspection before collection of the certificates at the Directorate of Academic Affairs.

List of Graduands

The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation requirements. The online Congregation Brochure containing the list of the graduands will also be made available on the website.

Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.

Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names

Graduands must ensure that all courses taken in their program of study have been graded and passed and that there are no missing courses or grades.

Punctuality 

Graduands must take seats by 8.00 am.
