Descriptions;
Responsibilities:
Research and Planning: Conduct research and proper planning to support the implementation of the organization’s risk management and compliance processes:
Risk Management: Proactive engagement in the risk management activities including:
Compliance Reviews, Assessments and Audits: Proactively manage compliance activities in the organization that result in early addressing responses.:
Capacity Building: Contribute towards building a culture of risk and compliance awareness and appreciation:
Qualifications and Education:
- Degree Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or related
- Professional qualification in ACCA/CPA/CFA/ Actuarial Science
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with a reputable medium to large organization
- Excellent grasp of ERM principles and philosophy
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
- Experience in business risk analysis and management
- Previous experience of working in donor-funded projects.
- Languages: French, local African languages
