TemHeForShe IMPACT Champion Awards for International Students in USA – 2021/2022

Application for the TemHeForShe IMPACT Champion Awards for International Students in USA – 2021/2022. Entry is now open at the University of Hong Kong in USA.

The grant is mainly introduced to applicants from all international countries who want to undertake an undergraduate programme are also eligible to apply for this application . The selected students will receive tuition fees and additional allowances from the university. The applicants selected for this application will receive full tuition fee coverage along with ith allowances from HKU.

The University of Hong Kong is a private post-secondary education institution in Hong Kong dedicated to providing a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace to support and advance teaching, learning, and research. It also ranks 29th by the Financial Times

The Scholarships are one of the most prestigious scholarships in the world. The aim of the program is to create a global network of future leaders committed to improving the lives of others.

HEFORSHE IMPACT CHAMPION AWARDS ELIGIBILITY

Scholars are selected on the following criteria:

  • Applicants from international countries that demonstrate low national achievements can apply.
  • Undergraduate degree programmes taught at HKU are eligible to apply for.
  • The students must bring outstanding academic results and demonstrated a commitment to achieving the HeForShe movement’s objectives.
  • The applicants are required to have completed 12 years of schooling including high school to be admitted to an undergraduate programme at HKU.
  • The students are required to provide the following tests with minimum scores required by the university: TOEFL IBT – 93, IELTS – 6.5,
  • Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English / Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English – 180
  • Duolingo is also accepted.

HEFORSHE IMPACT CHAMPION AWARDS APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

  • The applicants need to create and log in to their account on the university portal to apply. The scholarship does not require a separate application. The applicants must upload a 300-word essay stating their role as an ‘Impact Champion’ in their community in their online admission application.

Application must include:

  • Degree certificate
  • Transcripts
  • Course-specific requirements
  • Only applications that have been submitted (with the International Office and registered on the website of the scholarship) before 21st August, 2021  will be considered.
